Lately, I was thinking to quit the game all together. There are a lot of problems with the game that are concerning me, mostly being the lack of actual support and communication between the company and the community.
There's literally 0 communication. They don't answer any emails, don't want to interact with the playerbase in any capacity, don't host any tournaments. No timely info, lack of updates on the website, mistakes in official rules and articles.

GR is hands-down my favourite card game, but Daiyu's/Eye Spy's sheer incompetence when it comes to supporting the English-language market and players is honestly upsetting. I'm still running events for as long as we have players, but I have concerns for the game's future. https://t.co/MJzbhYk7F3

Everyone I show this game to thinks it's fun... and yet, the incomplete website, blatant errors in the rules (which have been there since Set 2 dropped), and total lack of event support beyond store tourney promos is a put-off for new players

色々と確認してるとゲートルーラーの海外サポート案件が遅れてるか反応がないというコメントが散見されました。海外側のコミュニケーションに関してはあまり見てなかったのでちょっと調べてこようと思います。
店頭以外のプロモーションに関しての充実は必須なのかもしれません。
